Welcome to Treat Yourself Event Rentals. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Rental Use & Placement
The Treat Wall must be placed on a flat, shaded, or covered surface to protect the LED display and overall unit from heat, moisture, and weather damage.
Rentals are intended for indoor or weather-protected outdoor use only. Damage caused by improper placement or exposure to the elements may result in additional charges.
2. Rental Period
Standard rental duration is up to 8 hours. Additional time may be arranged upon request for an added fee.
Setup and takedown are included in your booking. Please ensure access to the setup area at the agreed-upon time.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Free delivery is provided within 20 miles of ZIP code 28227.
Delivery Fees (round-trip from 28227):
0–20 miles: Free
21–30 miles: $25
31+ miles: Please contact us for a custom quote.
For bookings outside the free zone, you’ll receive a follow-up invoice for the delivery fee, which must be paid in full before your event to confirm service.
Clients must dispense any remaining treats prior to pickup. No additional cleaning is required—our team will handle full breakdown and sanitation.
4. Supervision & Safety
The Treat Wall is self-serve and safe for general use, but adult supervision is strongly recommended, especially around young children.
Treat Yourself Event Rentals is not responsible for misuse, injury, or accidents that may occur during rental use.
5. Food Allergy Disclaimer
We sanitize all equipment thoroughly and offer nut-free candy options upon request, but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Cross-contamination may occur during the manufacturing, packaging, or transport of treats.
Guests with food allergies should exercise caution. Please contact us with any specific concerns prior to your event.
6. Customization & Image Quality
Customizations require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. We cannot guarantee availability for shorter timelines.
Clients must submit design images in high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI). The image will be printed as submitted (colors, background, and clarity).
A flat-rate $20 customization fee applies to all custom artwork.
7. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our rentals, we are unable to offer full refunds.
Cancellation Timeline:
72+ hours (3 days) before event: 50% refund of total payment
48 hours or less before event: No refund will be issued
In extenuating circumstances, we offer a one-time reschedule or rain date at no additional charge.
You must contact us prior to your event date to arrange a new date, subject to availability.
8. Damages, Liability & Indemnity
Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rental equipment while in their possession.
Treat Yourself Event Rentals is not liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, or any damages arising from use or misuse of the Treat Wall or its contents.
By booking, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Treat Yourself Event Rentals, its owners, and staff from all claims or liabilities that may arise during or after the rental period.
9. Agreement & Consent
By placing a booking and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
