  • Our Treat Wall works best with dry, lightweight items like candy, cereal, granola, trail mix, or similar treats. Have questions? Contact us and we’ll help you choose the best options for your event!

  • Yes, as long as it’s placed on a flat surface in a shaded or covered, dry area to protect the LED display.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization.

  • We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

    Cancellations:

    • 3 days (72+ hours) prior to event date – Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

    • 2 days (48 hours) or less prior to event dateNo refund will be issued.

    Rescheduling / Rain Date:
    In the event of extenuating circumstances, we offer a one-time reschedule or “rain date” option at no additional cost.
    To qualify, you must contact us before your scheduled event date to arrange a new date, subject to availability.

    Please note: All rentals are custom-prepared and scheduled specifically for your event, which limits our ability to offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support!

  • The wall stands 79 inches high, with a width of 24 inches.

  • We offer both options. You can supply your own treats, or we can handle sourcing and filling for you—just select the package that works best for you.

  • While we thoroughly sanitize the treat wall and dispensers after each use and offer nut-free candy options upon request, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination can occur during manufacturing, packaging, or transport. We encourage guests with food allergies to exercise caution and discernment. If you have specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

  • Yes! It’s designed to be interactive and easy to use. We recommend adult supervision, especially around young children, to ensure safe and tidy use.

  • Each dispenser can hold approximately 18–22 ounces of smaller unwrapped candy (like M&Ms or Skittles), and 10–14 ounces of fun-size wrapped candy, depending on the size and packaging of the items.

  • Our standard rental period is up to 8 hours, but we’re happy to discuss extended time if needed.

  • Yes! We offer free delivery within 20 miles of zip code 28227.


    For locations beyond this range, a delivery fee will apply based on distance. You will receive a follow-up invoice for the additional delivery cost, which must be paid in full prior to your delivery date in order to confirm service.

  • No cleaning is required, but we do ask that you dispense any remaining treats before pickup. We’ll handle the full takedown and sanitation after your event.

  • Welcome to Treat Yourself Event Rentals. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

    1. Rental Use & Placement

    • The Treat Wall must be placed on a flat, shaded, or covered surface to protect the LED display and overall unit from heat, moisture, and weather damage.

    • Rentals are intended for indoor or weather-protected outdoor use only. Damage caused by improper placement or exposure to the elements may result in additional charges.

    2. Rental Period

    • Standard rental duration is up to 8 hours. Additional time may be arranged upon request for an added fee.

    • Setup and takedown are included in your booking. Please ensure access to the setup area at the agreed-upon time.

    3. Delivery & Pickup

    • Free delivery is provided within 20 miles of ZIP code 28227.

    • Delivery Fees (round-trip from 28227):

      • 0–20 miles: Free

      • 21–30 miles: $25

      • 31+ miles: Please contact us for a custom quote.

    • For bookings outside the free zone, you’ll receive a follow-up invoice for the delivery fee, which must be paid in full before your event to confirm service.

    • Clients must dispense any remaining treats prior to pickup. No additional cleaning is required—our team will handle full breakdown and sanitation.

    4. Supervision & Safety

    • The Treat Wall is self-serve and safe for general use, but adult supervision is strongly recommended, especially around young children.

    • Treat Yourself Event Rentals is not responsible for misuse, injury, or accidents that may occur during rental use.

    5. Food Allergy Disclaimer

    • We sanitize all equipment thoroughly and offer nut-free candy options upon request, but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

    • Cross-contamination may occur during the manufacturing, packaging, or transport of treats.

    • Guests with food allergies should exercise caution. Please contact us with any specific concerns prior to your event.

    6. Customization & Image Quality

    • Customizations require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. We cannot guarantee availability for shorter timelines.

    • Clients must submit design images in high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI). The image will be printed as submitted (colors, background, and clarity).

    • A flat-rate $20 customization fee applies to all custom artwork.

    7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

    • Due to the personalized nature of our rentals, we are unable to offer full refunds.

    • Cancellation Timeline:

      • 72+ hours (3 days) before event: 50% refund of total payment

      • 48 hours or less before event: No refund will be issued

    • In extenuating circumstances, we offer a one-time reschedule or rain date at no additional charge.

      • You must contact us prior to your event date to arrange a new date, subject to availability.

    8. Damages, Liability & Indemnity

    • Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rental equipment while in their possession.

    • Treat Yourself Event Rentals is not liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, or any damages arising from use or misuse of the Treat Wall or its contents.

    • By booking, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Treat Yourself Event Rentals, its owners, and staff from all claims or liabilities that may arise during or after the rental period.

    By placing a booking and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
